The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to plus It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake load signal, error message from ecu also motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
01237 Possible Causes:
01237 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01237 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle control: airflow at idle too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
