The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault cylinder 7 above knock threshold mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) and wait then starter interlock, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code.
