Diagnosing engine bar with turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so power supply, malfunction or throttle position (tp) sensor 1-2, correlation is the final reason of the code. |
01231 Possible Causes:
01231 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 01231 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of engine ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
