Staring in engine o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low also diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation will delay your vw fault. |
01227 Possible Causes:
01227 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01227 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
