01215 Possible Causes:
01215 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01215 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
