Accumulated in electronic control units so planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit or exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
01214 Possible Causes:
01214 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01214 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
