This something to do with the intake camshaft timing malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded and load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
01213 Possible Causes:
01213 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 01213 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
