The problem is about bank 1, system too rich off idle run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed control module 2 for cooling fan, faulty and reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
01204 Possible Causes:
01204 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01204 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
