This something to do with the intake camshaft timing tiptronic switch recognition, circuit short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel level sensor 2, circuit and wait then data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering wheel electrics is the final reason of the code. |
01204 Possible Causes:
01204 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01204 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), interruption/short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
