The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting or torque management feedback signal "b" is the final reason of the code. |
01203 Possible Causes:
01203 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01203 Code
- Inspect all the connections angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
