The problem is about boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start automatic glow time control relay 2, electrical malfunction . On the other hand exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
01199 Possible Causes:
01199 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 01199 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
