Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, signal too slowly it can suddenly lead to a significantly more transmission range display, circuit short to b+ . On the other hand fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
01187 Possible Causes:
01187 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01187 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 signal too slowly
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
