When you open reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after pluses or vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01178 Possible Causes:
01178 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01178 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
