Accumulated in electronic control units so cylinder 11 above knock threshold the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction and tiptronic switch (f189), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
01169 Possible Causes:
01169 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01169 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission range display, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
