Accumulated in electronic control units so transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open and nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
01166 Possible Causes:
01166 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01166 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
