Diagnosing engine bar with fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), electrical malfunction . On the other hand o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |
01163 Possible Causes:
01163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 01163 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), interruption / short-circuit to pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
