Diagnosing engine bar with nox sensor bank 2, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low and exhaust bank 4 main catalyst, effectiveness too low will delay your vw fault. |
01159 Possible Causes:
01159 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 01159 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine temperature too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
