When you open o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground and valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault. |
01158 Possible Causes:
01158 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01158 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle position output, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
