01153 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 2 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit or relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), interruption/short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
01153 Possible Causes:
01153 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 01153 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
