01131 Description And Summary : |

When you open sensor 1 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic or a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
01131 Possible Causes:
01131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 01131 Code
- Inspect all the connections crash shut-down activated
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
