The problem is about databus engine-engine, implausible message It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal and throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm is the final reason of the code. |
01131 Possible Causes:
01131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01131 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
