01130 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit range / performance or starter interlock, circuit open is the final reason of the code.

01130 Possible Causes:

01130 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 01130 Code

  • Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too largely
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
