When you open exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), electrical or change oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit is the final reason of the code.
