01103 Description And Summary :

Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbo/super charger, under-boost condition also radiator fan 2 (v177), difficulty of movement / blocked will delay your vw fault.

01103 Possible Causes:

01103 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 01103 Code

  • Inspect all the connections givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too small
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
