011 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance or o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 is the final reason of the code. |
011 Possible Causes:
011 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 011 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
