01099 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so relays for pump load air cooling (j536), interruption / short-circuit after mass causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system low pressure fuel sensor sensor (g410), implausible signal . So for next load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
01099 Possible Causes:
01099 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01099 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
