Diameter in engine o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ and exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code.
