Accumulated in electronic control units so intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1 it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
01098 Possible Causes:
01098 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01098 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug control module 2 (j703), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
