Accumulated in electronic control units so 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel level sensor 2, performance and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
01097 Possible Causes:
01097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01097 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
