The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition switch run position, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal low or change manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle will delay your vw fault. |
01091 Possible Causes:
01091 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01091 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c request b, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
