Diagnosing engine bar with ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition switch run/start position, circuit high and fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
01088 Possible Causes:
01088 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01088 Code
- Inspect all the connections reset-resistant limp-mode active
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
