This code were stamped on VW Engine case givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too small mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high you can see the data bus powertrain, missing message from diagnostic interface-control module will delay your vw fault. |
01084 Possible Causes:
01084 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
