Diagnosing engine bar with valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 or a/c control module requested, mil illumination will delay your vw fault. |
01074 Possible Causes:
01074 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01074 Code
- Inspect all the connections reversing light, circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
