01070 Possible Causes:
01070 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 01070 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature control bank 3, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
