Diameter in engine injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

01069 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 01069 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message from control module level control
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
