This something to do with the intake camshaft timing glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground or o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |
01067 Possible Causes:
01067 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01067 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
