Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, sudden low air flow detected causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, lower limit not reached . So for next intake manifold runner control (imrc), signal outside tolerance is the final reason of the code. |
01066 Possible Causes:
01066 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 01066 Code
- Inspect all the connections event data recorder request, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
