01060 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake air heater "a", system performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit low you can see the engine temperature too low will delay your vw fault. |
01060 Possible Causes:
01060 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 01060 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation starter relay 2, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
