01058 Description And Summary : |

This code were stamped on VW Engine case intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match . On the other hand coolant pump control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
01058 Possible Causes:
01058 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01058 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
