This something to do with the intake camshaft timing steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off and wait then wheel speed signal 1, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
01054 Possible Causes:
01054 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01054 Code
- Inspect all the connections friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
