Staring in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbocharger speed sensor, circuit intermittent and mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high is the final reason of the code. |
01048 Possible Causes:
01048 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 01048 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
