Diameter in engine exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean . So for next exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault. |
01045 Possible Causes:
01045 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01045 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
