01033 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so power supply voltage, open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), circuit low input and potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low is the final reason of the code. |
01033 Possible Causes:
01033 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01033 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
