This code were stamped on VW Engine case control module defective mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off . On the other hand pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01029 Possible Causes:
01029 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 01029 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, basic setting not completed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
