Diameter in engine exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit range / performance or exhaust bank 4 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
01028 Possible Causes:
01028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01028 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
