01026 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing event data recorder request, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system control module defective or exhaust bank 3, probe 1 electrical error in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
01026 Possible Causes:
01026 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 01026 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
