This code were stamped on VW Engine case injector cylinder 15 (n392), open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system controller pin coding, implausible signal or a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
01026 Possible Causes:
01026 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01026 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
