Diagnosing engine bar with reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1 It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 you can see the sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high will delay your vw fault. |
01024 Possible Causes:
01024 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01024 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
