This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil cylinder 13, high circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open . On the other hand pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
01022 Possible Causes:
01022 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 01022 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
