Staring in engine secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbocharger speed sensor, circuit and engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
01022 Possible Causes:
01022 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01022 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply terminal 30, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
