Staring in engine throttle actuator control motor, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake control module defective and engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |
01021 Possible Causes:
01021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01021 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mode indicator lamp control, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
