01021 Description And Summary : |

When you open fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground . So for next water in fuel sensor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
01021 Possible Causes:
01021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 01021 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, heater circuit achievement too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
