This something to do with the intake camshaft timing glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit low or o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault.
