Diameter in engine exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground or evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |
01014 Possible Causes:
01014 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01014 Code
- Inspect all the connections water in fuel sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
