The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel fired heater, disabled causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system nox sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance or turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
01010 Possible Causes:
01010 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01010 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
