The problem is about ignition coil cylinder 15, high circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit high or throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
00998 Possible Causes:
00998 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
